When I first skated I wore thick socks, will tights be ok, or has my boot stretched

l wore thick socks to prevent blisters, will my boot be too stretched to wear tights now that l broke in my figure skates?

Thin socks. Tights are fine. Wear a skirt, cute sweater, and when you are first going to the rink, wear boots. l am a figure skater too! yay!

l never start with thick socks l use my tights straight away,, its not painful, u should be right to wear tights

Yes, it is possible the thick socks stretched out your boots. Best thing is to try it out for yourself (you can try with at home with your guards on, but you will notice it more on the ice) . . . if your foot is slipping and sliding in the boot with tights, you know it stretched.

Not much you can do about it at this point. You might try to put an extra insole inside to see if it helps fill up the room a bit if you try to wear tights.
