help me get my axel back please

l have lots of power and strength to do and axel and more. but l lost my axel last year, and now l keep crunching my legs in a ball. l get all the way around or over rotating. how do l get my legs to be Straight and crossed? and any off ice things l can do to help it? l need to land it before feb 28

l do not think you should panic about this:

practice it a lot off ice. Maybe get a coach or other skater to look at it off ice and on, get some tips. Practice it slowly, walk it through a million time to get the feeling. Do you have your backspin? That would really help too.

Keep working hard, do not getfrustrated, you will get it soon!

l have to land my axel by feb to! but it will be my first one ever & it has to be in a competition :(

when u r bending ur knee & going into the axel right when ur foot leaves the ice straighten it, practice getting ur leg straight in a walk through & off ice & when ur leg is straight then crossing ur foot will just happen but ur axel will probably be a little open at first

since ur have enough rotation with ur knees bent u will probably be way over rotating it way to much like if u r working on ur single axel u might be doing a double & if ur doing a double then u could possibly be getting a triple & if u r working on ur triple & u get a quad the wow! ur gonna be in the record books!
