l have trouble keeping my layback spin centered. All of my other spins are pretty centered but when l do the layback,l can feel my weight shifting backwards and that i'm going to fall,so l quickly get up.Is it because l am leaning back too much?

Make sure your centered on your rocker before you start to lean into the lay-back. my usual method is to get centered, then my leg position, arm position then slowly begin to lean back. It helps to bend the knee on your spinning leg slightly as you beging to lay back. This helps with your center of of gravity and keeps you from traveling

have you seen sasha cohen is layback (before 2001)? or caroline zhangs pearl? they lean back so far its not even funny.

and yet their centered.

try leaning more with your hips forward to keep yourself totally balanced. your layback will also look nicer.
