I am 13 and l am an athlete.l can both dance and cheer.l wanna start going to classes but l do not which sport l should do.l would like to dance on a competitive group,cheer on a competitive squad,tumble,or start figure skating.l stretch and practice a lot so im guessing l could do any of them.

Just remember.. skating is cold, the rest of what you mentioned is warm.
depends what YOU like. Have you even been skating? Did you like it, find it hard.?

If you want to start figure skating, you have a good start. but skating is so different and takes so much more dedication and effort. Do whatever you think you might like, and try them EACH out. all of them are different.

l think figure skating is an awesome ability and looks cool, plus you can impress your friends so l suggest that.

hi i've done all of these before - modern dance, ballet, cheerleading & skating! they were all fun whilst l was doing them! l loved doing all of them! l did a bit of modern dance & cheerleading (these r more active & lively) & 14 years of ballet (this is more graceful & like.flowy) & now l started figure skating & skating is awesome fun too.its like a harder version of ballet? but l guess u see which one u like the best (when watching others do them) & then u see, like, which one matches ur personality? like if you're more outgoing, or if you're more reserved or whatever. at the most, u can do like one lesson of each & see which one you're comfortable with..

Its what you want to do. l personally suggest skating, but you may want to do something else. Do what you enjoy.

You're off to a good start. Cheer and dance will help with your rhythm when skating to music, and your flexibility.

l personally prefer skating. l find it more of a challenge, more invigorating, and more graceful. That is just my opinion. Plus, l like the cold! ;D It all depends on which you prefer.
