Competition prep notes? Higher level figure skating answer please!?

l have been competing for more then 4 years and l have one coming up. in a month. l know how competitions work and ive been to lots. Any prep tips for amping up my performance? Do not say visualization or stretching...i know all those. If u have a unique prep routine, please share.

visualization & stretching work
the night before l always look at videos of really good olympic performances to give me inspiration. it is worked wonders. everyone has there own thing though. do not watch the other skaters in ur group. do not get worked up over one jump & ruin ur whole program. just think about each element as it happens. smile & look up, play to the judges. exaggerate every single movement u do & add grace & power to it. right before u go on jog in place to keep ur blood pumping. good luck!

Well l usually fall asleep with my headphones on, so it plays my routine all night. And l usually walk ( l say walk, do not run or jog) 2-4 laps around my rink (about 1/4-1/2 mile) before the comp, l usually call all my relatives (my aunt and grandma love to hear about my skating) and that boosts my confidence. Then of course l stretch then get my costume on.

Well;;
i usually have my fav breakfast. that gets me in a good mood.
Then l do my hair & while i'm looking in the mirror, l practice my facial expressions.
After That l go to the rink.
l get there usually an hour before my group starts.
and first l jump rope. (two feet. 1 foot. alternating. doubles.)
and l stretch.
then l do some things to get my hips moving.
and off-ice jumps.
wak through program.
and im usually set
