In 10 weeks around l can get some new figure skates. Iam just starting my fist program. l am on skate uk silver passport. Any recomondations? The hardest jump iam up to is loop/flip, and spin, cammal/backscratch.

l know not to wear them new for a program or comp. What skates do you sugest?

l have had many skates in my 9 years of figure skating. There r so many good brands, but the one thing u must remember is never wear them brand new in competition or a program. They have to mold to ur feet first or u will fall flat on ur face. l always took warm wash cloths & put them around the ankle of the boot, while they were on my feet. l walked around the house in them for a couple hours every day for a week or two, u look silly, but it helps to stretch & mold the leather to ur ankle for better support. And wearing them like that u kind of get used to them so when u skate on them it helps to eliminate some blisters, but of course not all. :) Good Luck, have fun!

Maybe a riedell (sorry l do not know how to spell that) gold star (or something along the lines of that) or a Harlick competitor plus.

l would sugest Ridell. they are really nice and very supportive. l have bad ankles and they help alot!! :)
