hi! l need help landinbg my flip. when l first start to go into it, its fine and when im in the air it is fine but when l land it all goes wrong!!!! PLZ HELP ME

ur probally leaning forward when u go in to it even if u do not notice try standing up as tall as possible & if u see yourself falling forward ur leaning forward. Like my coach says it is all about posture & it ai not that hard to fix. It is not Rocket science. Whatever way u go into it that is the way u have to come out of it. Like u might put ur arm behind u when u land, that automatically kick ur leg up & u fall forward or back. So l hope this helps. It helped me, But remember if u practice it wrong ur going to be good at falling & doing it wrong so becareful with the saying practice makes perfect does not alwys make what u want perfect it might make u perfect at being wrong & not right. You probably look down at your feet. When you look at your feet, you lose focus and hunch your back. It helps to think before going into a jump, like, think about your arms and feet position and concentrate on what foot to land on. If you don`t, you may end up with a bruised booty! Look straight ahead and concentrate. You`ll get it in no time!! :)
