If you do, what did you think of the attack on Nancy Kerrigan that her competitor, Tonya Harding conspired against her in order to win the olympics?

l was watching when that episode happened, and was aghast! l used to love ice skating and would watch every one l could possibly see. ( l even recorded them). l think that was a very ''Cheap Shot'' Of Harding, but l am sure she Has received a Payback by now..If not, she will! It is still coming, for sure! Too Bad, so sad.

lol l love figure skating. that attack on kerrigan was crazy. but it is still amazing that she won the silver medal, even though l feel she was cheated from Baiul (Kerrigan was flawless, but Baiul is was more dramatic with little mistakes) but still, who medaled and who didnt.

Yep -- l love skating. I've never been a Nancy Kerrigan fan & if given the choice of skaters (that is if it had to be one of those two) to have a drink with, I'd much rather meet Tonya. While l may not identify with some of the choices she is made in life, she seems much more down-to-earth. l always felt Nancy used a lot of people is pity for her benefit. She gets decked & she yells, ''Why me?'' Umm, l am sure she wished someone else would have gotten it, but when u have cameras in ur face, that is probably not the best choice of questions to ask. Do l think the ''conspiracy'' was the best idea? No. How did they really think they were going to get away with that? Tonya could have beat her without all that. While all the media attention drew attention to the sport, mostly negative, but some positive, l think it was all kind of embarassing & ridiculas.

l absolutely LOVE the sport. I've been skating for about 15 years. But, unfortunately theres a lot of stuff that happens like that & u just dont hear about it because its not on the international level. l hear of skaters stealing other skaters laces before a competition or putting clear tape on the bottom of other people is blades so that they slip & slide all over. Or, they steal their music just before a test session or something.

l think the whole Tonya Harding thing was outrageous & anyone like that should be dishonorably kicked out of the USFSA. Having a bad childhood does not cut it in my book. l had a horrible childhood & l never once thought of taking it out on a fellow competitor.
As far as l am concerned, real athletes compete against themselves, not other people. Self improvement is the key to success in any sport.

l really love figure skating. As far as Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding, l feel that it was a mean trick that she played on her competitor to try to get ahead when in reality she only hurt herself.

l luv watching figure skating. It always amazes me to see some of the things the skaters are able to do on the ice. As to the conspiracy thing with Tanya Harding...she will be paying for that one for the rest of her life. Not to mention she will never skate again professionally. It is pretty sad that our society has come to such a level that one feels the need to attack another. Peace n Smiles :))

HOCKEY.. l have not watched that though for yrs.

l like it and l think they did it mainly for attention,but as far as me figure skating no way I'd end up with broke bones that no one caused but me.
