l can do shoot the ducks really easy on land, does that mean l will be able to do them really easy on the ice?

Not always! But usually if you can do them off-ice without holding on to anything then you have a better chance to do them on ice. But you never know until you try.so get out there and give it a shot! :)

Most of the time yes. It will build up leg muscle and help you get up and down. It will also help you to do the sitting chair on the wall for 30-90 seconds. That really helped me, l have a lower sit spin because of it. Thank you for posting and 2 points! Best of luck figure skating,
