in truth, i've only been skating once, at a b-day party.since everyone else knew how to skate they sorta left me all by my lonesome for the rest of the party.l started on the side, but towards the last half hour - l do not know how long it was - l was sorta keeping up with them, and l could skate across the middle of the rink with falling.
i really wanna do it again, but is it worth it for all the money it costs?especially for a girl on a tight budget.and would it help my dancing?

Then you might get to the point where you really like it, or want to quit.
It depends on if you think sk8ing is fun or not.
But yes, l think it is worth the money,
And also, ballet helps sk8ing, but l do not think it works the other way around!!
Once you start sk8ing, you can decide if you want to have lessons, or anything like that.
you can always stop after you've started.

but really it depends on how often you go and if youre any good. If youre just a beginner then it would be worth the money because its new and exciting but as you get better and learn how to go faster you also realise thats fun too. If you only have a small budget l reckon you shouldnt go as often because then the fun will wear off but if it isnt too expensive at your rink then go for it :)

Ice skating is totally worth the money, it is really worth it when you learn jumps and spins but thats not for a while. And ice skating wont help ur dancing but dancing will help your icing skating expecially ballet will help.
